Studio Sakura Rei provides custom design, print, memorial, keepsake, and creative services. All services are customized and created based on information provided by the client.

Because our work is custom in nature, final designs may vary slightly from digital previews.

  1. Orders & Approval

No project begins without client approval.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully prior to approval. Studio Sakura Rei is not responsible for errors approved by the client, including spelling, dates, or image selection.

  1. Turnaround Times

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing.

Delays may occur due to revisions, incomplete information, third-party printing schedules, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated prior to production.

All custom work requires approval before printing or final delivery.

  1. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the customized nature of our services:

  • Design fees are non-refundable once work has begun
  • Printed products cannot be refunded once approved and produced

If an issue arises, please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns fairly.

  1. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Studio Sakura Rei remain the intellectual property of Studio Sakura Rei until full payment is received.

Final approved designs may not be resold, altered for resale, or redistributed without written permission.

  1. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Studio Sakura Rei shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
