On-Site Slideshow Playback
For families who would like their memorial slideshow presented during the service, Shy Girl Productions provides calm, professional on-site playback with full projection and audio support.
We handle the technical details so you and your family can focus on honoring your loved one.
Pricing
- Equipment Transport & Setup —$175
Includes projector, 120-ft projection screen, sound system, and setup. - On-Site Slideshow Support — $50 per hour (after the first hour)
Service time begins upon arrival and completion of setup.
Billing is calculated in hourly increments.
Any time exceeding the first hour will be billed as an additional full hour.
Example:
1 hour — $50
1 hour 10 minutes — $100
2 hours — $100
2 hours 15 minutes — $150
On-site slideshow services are offered for venues, memorials, churches, schools, and organized events, including birthday celebrations.
Events must take place in a structured setting that supports proper equipment setup and a controlled environment.
Services are not available for residential locations, nightlife environments (such as nightclubs), or after-hours events.
On-site services are available during standard business hours only (ending at 5:00 PM).

Memorial Slideshow Timing
Memorial slideshow preparation time depends on when photographs and music are received.
Once all materials have been submitted, we begin assembling the slideshow as quickly as possible while ensuring the presentation is respectful and thoughtfully arranged.
Families are encouraged to submit photos as early as possible before the service date. If a service is approaching soon, we will do our best to coordinate with the funeral home or church whenever possible.
For Families Preparing a Memorial Slideshow
To help us create your slideshow quickly and smoothly, families may send photos and music in the following ways:
• Email photo attachments
• Google Drive / Dropbox link
• USB drive or flash drive
• Shared online photo albums
For best results, please include the full name of the loved one and the service date when submitting materials.

Preparing Photos for a Memorial Slideshow
Families preparing a memorial slideshow may find it helpful to gather photos ahead of time. We recommend selecting images from different stages of life to create a meaningful tribute.
Helpful tips when preparing photos:

Most memorial slideshows include 40–120 photos depending on the selected package.

Shy Girl Productions works closely with funeral homes and churches to ensure memorial slideshows are presented smoothly, respectfully, and without added stress to your staff.
We are happy to coordinate directly with staff regarding slideshow timing, projection setup, sound connections, and service flow.
Our goal is to make the technical side completely effortless, allowing families and staff to remain fully present during the service.

Setup is completed prior to guest arrival whenever possible to ensure the service begins smoothly and on time.
